Individual Art Therapy for Adults

I frequently get asked: Do you see adults?

Short answer? Yes! I have been lucky enough to work with clients aged 5-95, and art therapy is powerful no matter your age.

Art Therapy is a way to take your complex inner world and create something you can see, touch, and feel. You can express what seems inexpressible and develop meaning that helps make sense of your life, relationships, successes, and losses. With a professional art therapist, you can learn more about your life patterns, use creative expression to heal, and find the peace you deserve.

Many of my adult clients seek help with anxiety, depression, self-care, perfectionism, managing healthy relationships, dealing with chronic illness, and grief/loss.

Whether you are a seasoned artist or haven’t drawn a thing since middle school, this model of therapy meets you where you are. I look forward to hearing your story and witnessing you build the next chapter. Please feel free to reach out if you have further questions or are interested in getting started!
